listControlling an Objective procedure (OCP)

This Procedure is is used during the Scoring Procedure (SCO) Step SCO.10 to determine who controls each Objective.

Step OCP.10 → Identify Objective Area

Identify the Objective Area, which consists of one or more hexes as defined by the Scenario.

Step OCP.20 → Count Units

Each player counts the total number of their Units within the Objective Area's hexes.

Modifiers: Certain Units may have 📜Traits that modify this count:

  • Traits like 📜Dominating Presence - a Unit to count as two Units for this check.

  • Traits like 📜Mindless - prevent a Unit from contributing to controlling objectives.

Step OCP.30 → Determine Control

The player with the highest total number of Units within the Objective Area controls it for the Round.

Ties: If the count is tied, no player controls the Objective.

Step OCP.40 → Completion

Once control is determined, this Procedure is complete. Proceed to the next Objective or continue with the end of Round Sequence.
