§5. Range and Line of Sight
Abilities, attacks, and spells often require determining Range and Line of Sight(LoS). Two specific hex symbols are used to interpret these rules:
⬢ (Solid Hex): This symbol indicates that the action or ability REQUIRESLine of Sight(LoS)to the target.⬡ (Hollow Hex): This symbol indicates that the action or ability DOES NOT REQUIRELine of Sight(LoS)to the target.
§5.1. Range
Numerical Values: Range is always measured in ⬢Hexes.
Range 0: A minimum range of 0 indicates that the unit can target its own ⬢Hex. A unit always has
Line of Sight(LoS)to itself (to its own ⬢Hex), even if other rules would temporarily remove itsLine of Sight(LoS)to other targets.Number Range (e.g., 2-4⬢): This indicates both a minimum and a maximum range. An ability with a range of 2-4⬢ can only target hexes that are at least 2⬢ Hexes away and no more than 4⬢Hexes away.
§5.2. Line of Sight
In this game, Line of Sight(LoS) is always determined using Line Of Sight Procedure (LOS)
