§12.1.The Avatar's Role

Your Avatar is your incarnation on the battlefield—a Lesser God in a mortal vessel—and the strategic heart of your army. Its presence is crucial for wielding your most powerful assets.

• Gambits: While your Avatar is on the battlefield, you may use your chosen Gambits.

• Divine Aura: The Avatar projects a powerful aura based on its chosen Divine Trait.

• Avatar's Death: If your Avatar is destroyed, you must immediately resolve the §X. Incarnation Procedure (INC) to determine if its soul can transfer to a new vessel.

§12.2. The Divine Trait System

A Divine Trait is the primary representation of your Avatar's power. It is a unique ability, typically in the form of a 📜Aura, that defines your overarching strategy and bridges your long-term progression in the GoG app with your tactical choices in battle.

• Long-Term Progression: Over the course of your saga, you can unlock and collect new Divine Traits for your Avatar via a "skill tree" in the GoG companion app.

• Pre-Battle Selection: When creating a roster for a battle, you must choose one of your unlocked Divine Traits to be active for your Avatar.

§12.3.Divine Favors

Each Great Clan possesses a single specific Divine Favor determined for the current game season. Players do not select this ability; it is automatically assigned based on their chosen Great Clan. Divine favor use are determined by Divine Favor Procedure (DFP).
