Step UND.10 → Determine the Difference

Calculate the number of 💎Soulshards by which the Underdog player is trailing the leading player.

Step UND.20 → Apply the Boon

Based on the calculated difference, the Underdog player receives one of the following benefits:

  • Difference of 1 💎Soulshards: The player automatically wins this round's Initiative Bid Procedure (BID).

  • Difference of 2 💎Soulshards: The player may (but is not required to) nominate one Objective area. At the end of this round, any player controlling the nominated area scores +1 additional 💎Soulshards.

  • Difference of 3 or more 💎Soulshards: The player may (but is not required to) nominate one Objective area. At the end of this round, the control of the nominated area is worth -1 💎Soulshards (reducing its value).

Step UND.30 → Completion

Once the boon has been applied, this procedure is complete.
