Controlling an Objective procedure (OCP)

This procedure is resolved at the end of each round to determine who controls each Objective.

1

Step OCP.10 → Identify Objective Area

Identify the Objective Area, which consists of one or more hexes as defined by the scenario.

2

Step OCP.20 → Count Units

Each player counts the total number of their units within the Objective Area's hexes.

Modifiers: Certain units may have 📜Traits that modify this count:

  • Traits like 📜Dominating Presence may allow a unit to count as two units for this check.

  • Traits like 📜Mindless may prevent a unit from contributing to controlling objectives.

3

Step OCP.30 → Determine Control

The player with the highest total number of units within the Objective Area controls it for the round.

Ties: If the count is tied, no player controls the Objective.

4

Step OCP.40 → Completion

Once control is determined, this procedure is complete. Proceed to the next Objective or continue with the Sequence.
