Phase SOR:10 → Opening Effects

Resolve any effects that trigger at the very start of the Round, before any other preparations.

Phase SOR:20 → Determine the Underdog

Follow Underdog's procedure (UND) to determine this Round Underdog and Underdog's Boon.

Phase SOR:30 → Determine Initiative

Players must follow the Initiative bid procedure (BID). The winner of the bid decides which player will be Player A and which will be Player B for the Round.
