§22.5. BANNERS OF HONOR♟️Gambits
Strategic use
Condition: Control one Objective Area. Additionally, ALL friendly units within that Objective Area must currently possess their maximum starting ⚪️Morale tokens, and at least one of these units must have performed a Melee Attack Action this round.
Timing: End of Round Phase EOR:20
Reward: Gain 1 💎 Soulshard.
Tactical use
Activation: Unit activation procedure - Step UAP.20
Used On: Any friendly unit (not only the active one).
Effects:
The chosen unit immediately is Displaced 1 hex.
This movement does not count as an activation.
You then proceed to activate a unit as normal (you may choose the same unit or a different one).
Duration: Instant.
Strategic use
Condition: Destroy the enemy unit with the highest Point Cost currently on the battlefield. (Units with the Avatar Tag are excluded from this requirement. If multiple enemy units are tied for the highest cost, destroying any one of them satisfies the condition).
Timing: Instant
Reward: Gain 1 💎 Soulshard.
Tactical use
Activation: Step DPL:20 → Resolve Pre-Game Gambits
Used On: One enemy unit.
Effects:
Your opponent must immediately redeploy the chosen unit.
The unit must be placed in a different, valid position within the opponent's Deployment Zone.
Duration: Instant.
Tactical use
Activation: Immediately after a friendly unit destroys an enemy unit using a Melee Attack Action. in Melee Attack Actions procedure - Step MEL.80
Used On: The friendly unit that performed the attack.
Effects:
The unit may perform a free Pivot.
The unit may immediately perform an additional Melee Attack Action against a valid target.
This additional attack suffers a -1 🟥Attack Die penalty.
Duration: Instant.
